'Merge Multiple Lists' Tab
..:: Objective
- Merge Multiple lists to a file.
Here is a screenshot of the Merge Multiple Lists window :

The purpose of this Tab is to merge multiple Lists.
This is particularly useful if you get batches of email addresses daily and you
want to merge them all in one single file e.g. at the end of the week.
The first step is to click on the 'Add File(s)' button.
The following window will appear :

You can select several file by clicking on them while
maintaining the SHIFT key pressed.
When you are done with your selection, click on the 'Add' button.
Another window will pop up :

There you will have to select in which column your email
addresses are to be found, after having carefully selected a field and a record
separator. Note that this selection will be valid for all files you have
selected. You will then understand that it is important that all files have the
same format, <email address><comma><IP address><comma><date and time><CRLF> for
example.
All the selected files will automatically have their respective names, paths and
sizes displayed on the screen.

Now, if at the bottom of the software window, you tick off the 'Display Records
Count' check box, you will get the number of records of each file of the list ('Rec'
column).
In addition if you tick off the 'Display Invalid and Duplicate Email Count'
check box, you will get the number of Invalid ('Inv' column) and Duplicate ('Dup'
column) records of each file.
If you put your mouse on any element of the list, you will get a message box
with the totals for the number of records, invalids, duplicates, and size for
all files of the list.
Note that the same message is also displayed in the status bar at the bottom of
the window.
The last step is to effectively perform the merge operation. To do this, click
on the 'Merge' button. A window will appear where you will have to choose a file
name as output to your merged files.
